About Our Local, Family-Owned Restaurant

The Romanello Family has owned and operated The Old Orchard Inn since 1997, East Aurora's historic landmark first established in 1931.  Their legacy of WNY restaurants includes the Roseland in Buffalo’s West Side Italian neighborhood, among several others. Today, Melissa Romanello continues this legacy as the owner and general manager of the Old Orchard Inn.

Operations in our restaurant's kitchen are headed by  Chef Abigail Prior.  Chef Prior farms 12 of the Inn’s acres in order to grow fresh produce used in staple dishes like the famous pot pie and prized Romanello-family manicotti recipe.  Everything on the menu is made in-house from scratch and by hand.
